Marathon Looking

Information for
This past weekend, I went out with a buyer to look at downtown condos in Chicago, Illinois.  This particular buyer sent a list of 21 properties that she was interested in seeing.  I often think a buyer should not look at more than 4-6 in a day.  The main reason is that it is very hard to not get the units mixed up.  It tends to get confusing if you see too many.  I know this buyer personally.  I knew her timing is precious so when she has the time to look...we LOOK.  I set up as many showings as I could for Saturday and Sunday.  We ended up seeing 19 of the 21.  Pretty good. She took notes during each showing and was very happy that we were able to knock so many out over the two days she had available.  I loved being with her and I loved looking at Chicago condos in the South Loop all weekend.  Remember...it is most important that you know your buyer.  Many buyers would never want to look at this many condos in two days.
