Gerardo & Amy Pinoargote

Gerardo and Amy Pinoargote have been involved in real estate in Ecuador since 2007, when they launched spondylusecuador.com to market new construction condos in Salinas to international buyers.  In 2009, they moved full time to Salinas and expanded their real estate services to include not only new construction, but also resale, rentals, property administration and project management.  Gerardo holds an Ecuadorian real estate license. Both he and Amy are bilingual, and their loyal client base includes expats and locals alike.

Gerardo was born and raised in La Libertad, Ecuador.  After earning a B.S. degree in Business Administration from Cal State Dominguez Hills, he worked for many years in corporate accounting and finance.  Amy is from Pennsylvania.  She graduated from Stetson University with a B.A. degree in Theater and Communications.  Prior to moving to Ecuador, she worked in a variety of sales and marketing positions at the Sun-Sentinel newspaper in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.

Gerardo has a truly local knowledge of the greater Salinas area.  He and Amy enjoy giving clients an inside look at life on Ecuador’s South Coast and promoting the many great properties that the area has to offer.
