Sliding glass doors lead out to a terrace with a privacy wall on one side and a view of the ocean at the side. There is a second bedroom, and a second full bathroom convenient to both the bedroom and the main living areas. These two units can be rented individually during the low season, from May to November, and during that time period, the larger of the two units, Unit # 2A, rents by itself for $1,900 per month for a long-term lease, and just $2,000 per month for short-term stays.
