The living room has a wall of sliding glass doors that open the entire area to overlook the malecon, and bring the ocean breezes and sounds of the surf, not to mention lots of natural light, inside.  There is a huge window along an adjoining wall, which affords views all the way to Chipipe and the area of La Chocolatera and La Loberia at the tip of the peninsula.  Talk about a window on the world!  The living room has an area with a casual contemporary sectional sofa with clean lines and white cushions, and complementary rattan chairs with white cushions... perfect for conversations or simply sitting and enjoying the sights and sounds of the ocean. There is also an entertainment space with television and chairs.  Nearby is the dining area featuring a table for six in a warm wood tone and upholstered chairs and a sideboard.  The kitchen area is open to the living and dining spaces, separated only by the convenient breakfast bar.  You won’t miss any of the fun with family or friends while in the kitchen, nor will you miss one moment of the awesome ocean views!

This 1,615-square-foot air conditioned condo has a nice master bedroom with en-suite bathroom.  The second bedroom is large enough for a double bed and bunk beds, sleeps four, and also has its own private bathroom.  The third bedroom has bunk beds with a trundle, sleeping three, and a private access to the guest bathroom that is also conveniently accessed from the main living area.  You will appreciate the attentive guardias, as well as, the designated parking space in the attached parking.

The Sorrento condominium building has amenities you might only expect to find in much larger buildings: a swimming pool, jacuzzi, poolside patio and lounging area, as well as, a rooftop terrace with spectacular views, and another jacuzzi and sunbathing area, and don’t forget that the Pacific Ocean and a sandy beach are just steps away.  You will find something to celebrate every day in this fantastic condo!
