The spacious open-concept main living area has two seating areas: one overlooking the ocean view, and the other facing the television.  The other side of this generous space has two dining tables, as well as, a convenient breakfast bar separating the living and dining spaces from the kitchen.  The kitchen was planned with a 3-point work triangle for functionality, and enjoys a modern design with clean lines in sophisticated white and grey tones.

The master bedroom is spacious, with a large picture window that fills the room with natural light and provides an ocean view.  The en-suite master bathroom is a generous size with a shower, low-profile toilet, and a floating vanity.  The second bedroom is large enough to hold two beds and the second fully tiled bathroom with shower, toilet, and stylish floating vanity is right next to it.  The third bedroom is also a good size, and has a ceiling fan.  Across the hall is the third full bathroom. The fourth bedroom is located at the front of the condo, accessed off the living room.  This is an inviting sunny room with a ceiling fan, and a wall of sliding glass doors that open to let in ocean breezes and the sound of the surf.

An attractive half-bathroom is located off the hallway, conveniently located for all the main living areas.  Off the kitchen, you will find a laundry room with a stackable washer and dryer so no need to pack dirty clothes when you have to go home.  Next to it is the service quarters with two built-in bunk beds.  There is also a service bathroom in this area…handy for the cook.  This rental unit includes a designated parking space in the covered garage, and a storage bodega for storing all your beach toys!

Enjoy a game of pick-up on the building’s basketball court, or make the short walk across the malecón and spread your beach towel out on the sand and make every day of your stay a sunny day!  This sun-kissed condo is available for $1,600 per month, or $160 per night.
