The coast of Ecuador is a popular place for people to buy vacation homes and rental income property.  If you own property in this area, Island Estates International (IEI) management service can help you keep your investment secure and well maintained.

Our company has been active in Salinas since 2009.  We know the area, the rental and sales markets, and the best repairmen and vendors to use in providing the services you need for your property.  Our website draws a large audience of people looking to vacation here.

Our goal is to maintain your property in good condition so that it will be attractive to renters and thus obtain the best return on investment for you… the owner.  IEI’s staff of agents work to make sure you have qualified tenants in your unit at all times.  (Rental commissions are in addition to management fees. Let us know if you need information on that.)

For a small monthly fee, IEI provides the following services for owners:

• Weekly unit checks

• Maintaining written inventory for the unit

• Facilitating all rental check-ins and check-outs, whether the tenants are obtained through IEI or another source

• Paying Home Owners Association (HOA) fees and utility bills

• Collecting money from tenants, when necessary

• Coordinating any repairs at the direction of the owner

• Arranging for cleaning services when necessary

• Monthly statements showing itemized income and expenses

Will you be a part-time resident of Ecuador? Who will help maintain your property while you are away?  Our staff can manage your property, paying all your utility and other monthly bills, as well as checking unoccupied properties on a regular basis.  Our fee for these services is $50 per month.
