It is difficult to believe that you can find such a charming three bedroom, two bathroom, cottage right on the beach with such a budget-friendly rental price...but here it is!  This 1,000 square feet two-story cottage boasts, an incredibly large balcony on the second story, providing priceless views.  Located on the long, broad stretch of sparsely populated beach between the business center of La Libertad and the bustling surfing town of Montanita, you might feel as though you have been transported to a simpler, less complicated time. Time is measured in solitary strolls on the beach as the sun rises, swims in the surf midday, and watching the sunsets each evening.  The living room and kitchen/dining area are open to one another and plenty of large windows fill the area with natural light.  The large and comfy sectional sofa is perfect for curling up with a good book at the end of the day.  The step-saving kitchen is completely open to the breakfast bar that faces one of the windows, taking advantage of the tropically landscaped grounds.  The master bedroom is absolutely charming, with a feature wall of rustic stone, and a nice master bathroom.  The second bedroom has room for a seating area, with access to the large upper balcony. The third bedroom features bunk beds. The second full bathroom is roomy and bright. But, it is the balcony that beckons you to come and sit, with your coffee or cocktail, to watch and listen to surf, and decide if you will hunt for that perfect seashell or sand dollar today, tomorrow, or the next day. Or…all of the above!
