The spacious balcony looks out to the blue Pacific and is sure to become your favorite spot to relax at the beginning – or end – of your day.

The generous living and dining areas are an open concept design, making one large space for entertaining and making the most of the beautiful views. In this main living area there are two sets of sliding glass doors that access the balcony, creating a seamless flow between indoor and outdoor living. The separate eat-in kitchen has a large window bringing in lots of light to this work area. It is fully tiled for easy cleaning and has plenty of upper and lower cabinets for storage. You have everything you need in this kitchen, including a wide oven and range, refrigerator, microwave, right down to the utensils!

The master bedroom is located at the far end of the condo and enjoys both a private en-suite master bathroom and a sliding glass door with access to the balcony. There is also a large window facing the ocean. Just imagine sliding the window open and falling asleep in the queen-sized bed to the sound of the surf! The second bedroom is furnished with two twin beds and has a set of sliding glass doors to the balcony. The second full bathroom is tiled and decorated in white and shades of turquoise blue that echo the color of the sea. The sunny third bedroom has a full-sized bed and large window and the guest bathroom is convenient to the third bedroom and the main living area. There is both a laundry room and fourth bathroom just off the kitchen, next to the maid’s quarters.
