Salinas, on Ecuador’s Pacific coast, is one of the country’s premier vacation destinations for people around the world. The climate is perfect nearly year-round, the laid-back lifestyle is welcoming and relaxing, prices are affordable, the beaches plentiful, and restaurants, shops, and businesses are easily accessible.

The gated Sevilla residential complex is located in this inviting beach town, just a 7-minute walk from San Lorenzo Beach and a mile from the very family-friendly beach in Chipipe. Within this private and secure neighborhood, you will find this 1,292-square-foot home for rent. The main living area is designed in an open concept, with the living and dining rooms open to one another. The kitchen is next to the dining area, with a counter breakfast bar as the only separation. The step-saving kitchen is galley-style with upper and lower cabinets and furnished with everything you will need in the kitchen.

There are four bedrooms and three bathrooms, with air conditioning and televisions in all the bedrooms. Outside is a beautiful patio space with built-in seats and a shade cover. This will be a great place to set up a BBQ grill and table and have a family cook-out and meal as the sun sets. There is also a laundry area. The large community pool is centrally located, so be ready to grab your towels and have a refreshing dip in the pool any time you aren’t spending at the beach!
