The fourth bedroom is located at the front of the condo, accessed off the living room.  This is an inviting sunny room with a ceiling fan, and a wall of sliding glass doors that open to let in ocean breezes and the sound of the surf.

An attractive half-bathroom is located off the hallway, conveniently located for all the main living areas.  Off the kitchen, you will find a laundry room with a stackable washer and dryer so no need to pack dirty clothes when you have to go home.  Next to it is the service quarters with two built-in bunk beds.  There is also a service bathroom in this area…handy for the cook.  This rental unit includes a designated parking space in the covered garage, and a storage bodega for storing all your beach toys!
